Summary It is periodically necessary to review our Compensation Plan to ensure efficient operations in meeting the needs of our citizens. To that end, it is proposed the replacement of the Accountant position with that of an Accounts Payable Specialist. The proposed compensation range is based on both local market research and maintaining internal equity and promoting internal mobility.
The proposed action is a modification to the Compensation Plan and does not represent an increase in full time equivalent (FTEs) positions in the City. |
