SUBJECT:  Resolution 17-10 Amending the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Budget; Increasing the General Fund Budget by $30,000 to provide for unanticipated revenues and expenses related to a contribution received for improvements to N. W. 157th Street.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Adopt Resolution 17-10.

Summary

On February 13, 2017, the City Commission approved the Planned Development Agreement for the Tara Village Planned Development – Residential (PD-R) project.  

Subsequently, the City received a contribution of thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) from the property owner of the Tara Village PD-R designated towards improvements to N. W. 157th Street.

Additionally, a bid for these improvements was awarded on February 27, 2017.
