Summary The City Commission allocated approximately $200,000 in funds for roadway improvement projects in the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Budget. Additionally, unspent roadway funds from FY 2014 of approximately $200,000 were carried forward into the FY 2015 Budget.
RFB 2015-04:
A solicitation for bids for all labor, materials, services, expenses, equipment and costs to complete the NW 59th Terrace Roadway Improvements Project between NW 93rd Avenue and NW 104th Place (Roadway Section #1) was issued on January 12, 2015. The solicitation for bids was closed on January 28, 2015 at 3:00 P.M.
The City received four (4) bids in response to RFB 2015-04. All bids qualified. The bids were received from John C. Hipp Construction Equipment Co., Inc. with a bid of $243,773.30, R.E. Arnold Construction, Inc. with a bid of $417,408.00, Coleman Construction, Inc. with a bid of $143,013.05 and Scherer Construction of North Florida, LLC with a bid of $173,147.00.
