| | | | | | | | RECOMMENDED ACTION: Accept donation of .086 acre parcel from Megahee Enterprises, LTD., LLLP and authorize the Mayor and City Manager to execute the necessary documents.

| | | | | | | | Summary One focus of the continuing long term study and planing of City infrastructure has been the critical area encompassing the I-75 and U.S. 441 intersection. More than two years ago staff identified the best site for a lift station, to best serve wastewater utility needs of the immediate area and transmission through the area, to be the site now offered to the City as a donation by Megahee Enterprises LTD., LLLP.
City staff entered in discussions with the parcel owner and agreed to recommend to the City Commission the City pay costs including the donor's attorney fees as well as certain other related costs such as for a legal description/sketch, title insurance and recording as set forth in the attached Donation Agreement. Staff also agreed to and does recommend acceptance of the attached Warranty Deed containing a clause that provides the property will revert to the donor if the City does not begin Lift Station construction before March 1, 2019 and cause substantial completion before March 1, 2020. | | |
