SUBJECT:  Administration of the Oath of Office for Seat 4 and Seat 5 City Commission Seats

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Administer the oath of office.

Summary

The City Clerk will swear in Commissioner-Elect Shirley Green Brown, who qualified to run for Seat 4 in February, 2015 and Commissioner-Elect Gary Hardacre who qualified to run for Seat 5 in February, 2015. Ms. Brown ran for office unopposed. Mr. Hardacre ran for office unopposed. As sitting members of the City Commission, Ms. Brown and Mr. Hardacre will be invited to the podium, for the administration of the Oath of Office.  

Subsequent to the Oath, Ms. Brown and Mr. Hardacre will resume their seats on the Commission.
