Present the certificates of appreciation.
Summary
The City would like to thank W.W. Irby kindergarten students for the contribution of their art for display in the lobby of City Hall this past season. Those students who could be present with their parents are here for the presentation of Certificates of Appreciation. Art teacher Lauren Belgrade is present to accept the certificates for those participating students who could not be present.
