Summary The team from Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) will introduce themselves and provide a brief overview of the process for completing the Market Study that they have been tasked with developing for Main Street and the Community Redevelopment Area.
The City of Alachua's 2016 Strategic Plan, adopted by the City Commission on September 14, 2015, includes an initiative to develop a strategy and implementation plan to revitalize Main Street and the downtown area. On November 23, 2015, the City Commission awarded a contract to Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA) to complete this project. |
