Summary On June 8, 2015 the Commission awarded a contract to Walker Architects, Inc. to provide Design Services for the new City of Alachua Operations Center and Warehouse.
The Contract included three (3) phases for services: Phase I - Detailed Design Services; Phase II - Proposed Professional Fees; Permit Application Fees and Reimbursables for Site Plan Process and Phase III - Construction Support Services.
Professional fees associated with Phases I and II were covered under the initial contract; Phase III - Construction Support Services fees were to be determined.
Walker Architects, Inc. proposes to provide Phase III - Construction Support Services including Construction Procurement Phase, Construction Administrative Phase, Commissioning Phase, and provision of As-Built Drawings for the Lump Sum of $87,640.00.
Staff recommends to proceed and accept the proposed contract with Walker Architects, Inc. for RFP 2015-04 Phase III - Construction Phase Services. |
