Summary The City Commission adopted its FY 2016 Strategic Plan on Sept. 14, 2015. Strategic Initiative 3.1 states "Develop a comprehensive study to analyze the current patterns throughout the City and identify future alternatives through long range transportation planning." Staff issued an RFP to engage a consultant for such services on two (2) separate occasions. The City did not receive a response to either RFP. Therefore, the City began direct negotiations with Causseax, Hewett and Walpole (CHW), which serves as one of the City's engineering firms via continuing contract.
Staff worked with CHW to develop a scope of work consistent with Strategic Initiative 3.1 and City Commission direction. |
