SUBJECT:  Final Plat – Alachua West: A request by David S. McDaniel, of M3 Alachua, LLC, applicant and property owner, for consideration of the Final Plat for Alachua West, which proposes to subdivide a ±35.82 acre subject property into a total of 122 lots with associated common areas and road right-of-way; Consisting of Tax Parcel Numbers 03042-050-006, 03042-050-007, 03042-052-002, 03042-052-003, 03042-052-004, 03042-052-005, and 03042-052-006 (Quasi-Judicial Hearing).

RECOMMENDED ACTION:


Staff recommends that the Commission defer this item until the September 26, 2022 City Commission meeting scheduled for 6:00 PM in the James A. Lewis Commission Chambers in City Hall, located at 15100 NW 142nd Terrace, Alachua, Florida.

 

 

 

Summary


The applicant has requested deferral of this item to the September 26, 2022 City Commission hearing due to unforeseen delays in securing surety instruments. Based upon this demonstration of good cause for deferral of the item, Staff requests that the item be deferred until the September 26, 2022 City Commission meeting.
