Summary
The proposed FY 2023 Compensation Plan includes the addition of two (2) new positions as approved in the FY 2023 Budget. Those positions are Information Technology Project Coordinator and Property/Evidence Specialist. These two new positions, along with additional positions approved in the new budget will increase the City’s Full-Time Equivalents (FTE’s) by eight (8). The proposed plan also includes an increase in range or maximum hourly wage for one (1) position, Electric System Planner. The purpose is to allow for progression in range for the position as related to the current labor market. Positions highlighted in yellow on the proposed plan illustrate the recommended changes, and the approved FY 2022 Compensation Plan has also been provided for comparison.
