SUBJECT:  Resolution CRA18-01, Amending the CRA Rules of Procedure

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Adopt Resolution CRA18-01.

 

Summary

Resolution 18-01 amends the CRA Rules of Procedure by adding Rule 29, which directs the CRA to follow the policies and regulations set forth in the Fiscal Policies of the City of Alachua. In doing so, the Executive Director (E.D.) shall act as the City Manager and shall adjust the regulations as needed to comport with its use by the CRA.
