Summary
In July 2017, the City submitted a FFY 2016 CDBG Grant Application under the Neighborhood Revitalization Category. On December 8, 2017, staff received notification of the award of grant funds for this Road Repaving Project. The total grant award is $700,000. The City's match for the project is $50,000.
In order to receive the grant funding, the City is required to execute the State of Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Subgrant Agreement - FFY 2016 Funding Cycle for Neighborhood Revitalization.
Summit Professional Services, Inc., which developed and submitted the City’s grant application, will continue to provide assistance through the project process.
