SUBJECT:  Public Education Awareness Month Proclamation

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Mayor Coerper to read the Proclamation declaring September Public Education Awareness Month.

Summary

In order to support and protect our public education system,  the Proclamation will be read and September declared Public Education Awareness Month. President of the Alachua County Council of PTAs, Pam Korithoski, will be in attendance to receive the proclamation.
