Summary Unity Percussion is an independent youth music and arts education group located in Gainesville, Florida. They compete in the percussion division of Winter Guard International and Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit. Unity Percussion is comprised of students and staff within a 200 mile radius of North Central Florida under the direction of founder, Jeremy Lee, who is here with us tonight. Members range in age from 15 to 22; several are current students and recent graduates of Santa Fe High School. We are here tonight to recognize them for their recent performance in Dayton, Ohio, where they received a Gold Medal at the Winter Guard International competition, and now have the prestige of claiming the World Championship title! | | |
