Summary Commissioner Wilford in his capacity as the City Commission liaison to the North Central Florida Regional Planning Council (NCFRPC) also, in his role as Chair of NCFRPC, serves as a delegate to the Florida Regional Councils Association (FRCA) as a FRCA Policy Board Member.
