Summary On August 8, 2019, the City solicited formal bids from qualified vendors to furnish all necessary equipment, supervision, labor, materials and incidentals to perform all tree and vegetation maintenance (exclusive of landscape maintenance) for the Annual Public Rights of Way Tree and Vegetation Maintenance Services.
The awarded bid will include a contract effective through October 1, 2020. The contract will automatically renew on October 1, 2020 for one of four (4) successive one year terms, effective October 1 to September 30 of the following calendar year, unless automatic renewal is cancelled by either party.
The City received three (3) bids in response to RFB 2019-10. All bidders were determined to be responsive and responsible bidders: Paff Tree Service; Core Services and SAS Tree Service, LLC.
Staff recommends to award the contract to SAS Tree Service, LLC to complete the Public Rights of Way Tree and Vegetation Maintenance. |
