Summary On August 6, 2019, the City solicited formal bids from qualified organizations to partner with the City for the provision of Customer Service Call Receipt and Response Services (i.e. Call Center) to include call answering, alarm monitoring, and utility dispatching support services.
The awarded bid will include a contract effective through September 30, 2020. The contract will automatically renew on October 1, 2020 for one of four (4) successive years, effective October 1 to September 30 of the following fiscal year, unless automatic renewal is canceled by either party.
The City received four (4) bids in response to RFB 2019-08. All bidders were determined to be responsive and responsible bidders: McGhee and Associates; LRCC; Enco Utility Services and Good Solutions, LLC dba Interactive Utility Communications.
Staff evaluated the bids and recommends award of RFB 2019-08 to Interactive Utility Communications.
