Summary
The annual holiday window display contest is an opportunity for business owners on Main Street to participate in an event that involves the community and visitors. Shops and restaurants will decorate their windows to give patrons and passersby an opportunity to vote for their favorite window from December 6th to December 19th. Monetary prizes will be given to the window display winners for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, and will be donated by the Alachua Business League. Visitors who submit a vote for the window display contest will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket of items donated by businesses and designed by Kelly's Kreations. The winner of the drawing will be selected at the Third Thursday on Main event at 7pm on December 19th. The winner must be present at the event in order to claim the prize.
