Summary The YAC has developed goals which they would like to accomplish this year.
Goal 1: Have the Supervisor of Elections make a presentation to the Santa Fe High School student body regarding the importance of voting with a voter registration drive to follow. Target time frame is in the spring.
Action Taken:
An email was sent to Kim Barton and PJ Pyche on 10-29-19.
PJ Pyche sent a response stating that the SOE has an Election Education and Voter Drive planned for January. They have requested help raising awareness among the students of their visit and the importance of voting by creating a flyer which this Board would pass out at school. |
