Summary On December 17, 2019, the City solicited formal bids from qualified vendors to furnish all necessary equipment, supervision, labor, materials and incidentals to perform vegetation maintenance and powerline tree trimming (exclusive of landscape maintenance) for the Annual Powerline Tree and Vegetation Maintenance Services.
The awarded bid will include a contract effective through September 30, 2020. The contract will automatically renew on October 1, 2020 for one of four (4) successive one year terms, effective October 1 to September 30 of the following fiscal year, unless automatic renewal is cancelled by either party.
The City received two (2) bids in response to RFB 2020-01. Qualified Bids were received from Tip Top Tree Experts and D & M Mowing, Inc. Base Bid requested hourly rates and were submitted as follows:
