SUBJECT:  Compensation Plan FY 2020 Update

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Approve the FY 2020 Compensation Plan.

 

Summary

During the December 9, 2019 City Commission Meeting, the FY 2020 Compensation Plan was approved and made effective February 3, 2020. Inadvertently, due to a clerical error, the range for the position of Human Resources Manager was incorrect.  The range for the position listed a minimum of $69,000.00 and a maximum of $103,500.00, but should have listed a minimum of $59,000.00 and a maximum of $85,550.00.  The proposed Compensation Plan effectuates this correction.
