Summary Resolution CRA20-02 will amend the meeting schedule for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.
Staff recommends the CRA meet every other month, with meetings typically scheduled for the second Monday of the month. Exceptions will be made for the following: the second Monday falls on a City Holiday; or, the City Commission is not scheduled to meet on the second Monday of the month. Should a special meeting be required, the meeting will be scheduled in accordance with Chapter 2, Article 4, Section 2-852, of the City Code of Ordinances. Meetings will be held in the James A. Lewis Commission Chambers.
It has been determined that the City Commission is not scheduled to meet on May 11. Therefore, an exception shall be made to move from the originally scheduled date of May 11 to May 18 to align with the regularly scheduled meetings of the City Commission.
The proposed meeting dates and times for the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 are as follows:
- November 4, 2019; 5:00 p.m.
- January 13, 2020; 5:00 p.m.
- March 9, 2020; 5:00 p.m.
- May 18, 2020; 5:00 p.m.
- July 27, 2020; 5:00 p.m.
- September 14, 2020; 5:00 p.m.
