Summary
Alachua County has selected the City of Alachua as one of eight small cities eligible to apply for a matching grant for city art projects / events. The grant will provide funding for: visual art supplies, music supplies, advertising, studio time, printing, costumes, equipment, and other project-related expenses. The project or event must serve the public interest. Examples given within the application include free art lessons or art exhibits for Alachua County Residents or the creation of art to be displayed in public places in Alachua County
The grant application deadline is June 30, 2020. Projects must be completed within one year of the award.
