A.Ordinance 19-26, Second Reading: Comprehensive Plan Text Amendment - A request by the City of Alachua to amend the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Element as follows: amending Objective 1.4, and Policies 1.4.a, 1.4.d, and 1.4.f relating to the Corporate Park Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Designation (Legislative Hearing).
B.Ordinance 19-31, Second Reading: Land Development Regulations (LDR) Text Amendment - A request by the City of Alachua to amend, modify, or create the following Sections of the City of Alachua Land Development Regulations (LDRs): 2.4.4; 2.4.7; 2.4.10(B)(3)(i); 3.1.1; 3.5.2(F); 4.1.1; Section 4.3.4(G)(11); 5.1.3; 5.1.3; 5.2.3(B); and 10.2; and amending Tables 3.1.1; 4.1-1; and 5.1-3 (Legislative Hearing).
C.Ordinance 19-32; First Reading: Amending the City's Code of Ordinances; Subpart A, Chapter 12, Code Enforcement; Providing for the term of contract for a Special Magistrate; Providing that the term "Code Enforcement Inspector" and "Code Enforcement Officer" are interchangeable; reordering sections, and clarifying language.

A.Resolution 19-11 Establishing 5.3900 as the Proposed Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 which is 0.83% more than the Rolled-Back Rate of 5.3455; Setting September 9, 2019 as the date for the first Public Hearing; Authorizing and Directing the City Manager to Transmit this Information to the Alachua County Property Appraiser on the Department of Revenue (DOR) 420 forms; Providing an Effective Date.
